• Empowering Entrepreneurs with Empathy, Design Thinking, and Future Strategies

As an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at Northern Illinois University, I bring a wealth of professional interest, experience, and expertise in various domains. From empathy and design thinking to future thinking and lean philosophy, I specialize in guiding entrepreneurs towards success. With a focus on business model designs, market intermediaries, competition, cooperation, and coopetition, I am well-equipped to impart knowledge and insights in these areas.

Beyond my teaching commitments, I actively engage in startup consulting and workshops, both domestically and internationally. Having assisted over 100 startups, I have played a vital role in ideation, business opportunity creation, establishing track records, initiating sales growth, pitch deck preparation, managing startup finances, and fostering connections with angel investors and venture capital firms.

My dedication to the entrepreneurial ecosystem extends beyond academia and professional endeavors. I passionately volunteer for non-profits and social ventures, lending my expertise to support various entrepreneurial efforts. I also take pride in mentoring young entrepreneurs and serving as a judge in pitch competitions.

Let’s embark on an entrepreneurial journey together, fueled by empathy, innovation, and strategic thinking.
